1. Acceptance of Terms & Relationship

By registering an account with Soloz Partners Network (SPN), you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. SPN is the official partner programme and field distribution system of Soloz Technologies. All software, e-commerce stores, cloud platforms, and training materials are developed, owned, and maintained by Soloz Technologies.

2. Account Registration & Activation

Registration on SPN is free and grants immediate access to the dashboard, SPN Academy, and client lead submission tools. To unlock full earning potential — including referral commissions, cascading pass-up overrides, and welcome bonus release — partners may upgrade through a one-time activation of 20,000 UGX. This activation is non-refundable as it immediately provisions active partner credentials and digital distribution access.

3. Earning Models & Commissions

Partners earn through verified performance-based streams:

• Soloz Product Setup Commissions: Earn direct commissions on closed software sales (e.g., UGX 100,000 per Soloz E-Commerce Store setup; 20% on Custom Websites ranging from UGX 70,000 to UGX 240,000).
• Monthly Recurring Commissions: Earn ongoing monthly commissions on active client subscriptions (e.g., UGX 20,000/month per active E-Commerce Store; 10%/month on EduSphere Cloud; UGX 5,000/month on Soloz CRM). Recurring commissions continue for as long as the client maintains an active paid subscription with Soloz Technologies.
• Direct Referral Commissions: Activated partners earn 5,000 UGX for each of their first two direct partner activations, and 10,000 UGX for each 3rd direct partner activation onwards.
• Cascading Pass-Up Overrides: Activated partners earn 5,000 UGX pass-up bonuses cascading from their downline network's first two activations.
• Content & Daily Hustle Rewards: Earn cash bonuses for verified promotional TikTok submissions (default UGX 10,000 upon admin approval) and Daily Hustle milestones (UGX 2,000/day upon verified completion).
• SPN Points Economy: Earn points through daily platform engagement, convertible to cash wallet balance at the rate of 100 Points = UGX 10 (minimum redemption threshold: 100,000 Points).
• Profit Shares: Discretionary dividend distributions from active, limited-unit company revenue pools, plus a 10% instant sponsor bonus on direct referral plan purchases.

4. Commission Holds & Withdrawals

• New store setup commissions undergo a standard 7-day verification hold before releasing to available wallet balance.
• The minimum withdrawal threshold is 10,000 UGX.
• Payouts are processed directly to verified MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money accounts registered in the partner's name.
• Standard payout review and processing window is 24 to 48 business hours.

5. Professional Conduct & Brand Representation

Partners act as independent marketing and sales connectors for Soloz Technologies. Spamming, deceptive claims, making unauthorized guarantees, submitting fabricated leads, or attempting multi-account self-referrals is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the partner account and forfeiture of unverified balances.

6. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimers

SPN is a performance-based partner programme. Earnings depend entirely on partner marketing activity, genuine client conversions, and client retention. Profit Share dividend pools are non-permanent company revenue participation instruments, subject to operating performance and predefined caps; they do not constitute fixed-yield bank deposits or guaranteed securities.
